Growing in Care

Mental Health Care,

for growth and healing

Growing in Care is founded on the belief that mental health care should be accessible to all, and that receiving quality care within our community and beyond is vital. Our mission is to provide holistic, person-centered care for children, preteens, teens, young adults, and families. We offer a growing care team, to match the needs of yourself and your family. We see you as the expert in your own life and in your family, and have the honor to support individuals and families in their journey of growth. We see the significance in supporting young children, who can grow from engagement in therapeutic services from a young age, in their time of development.

Growing in Care also supports the family unit as a whole, as well as individuals and families (ages 3-18+, parents and guardians, and siblings). We specialize in areas including- behavioral challenges, self-esteem, school based support, stress management, parenting support, trauma therapy, and diagnoses including (but not limited to), anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and related symptoms. Growing in Care advocates for care for those with special needs and disabilities.

We utilize approaches including play therapy, person centered therapy, CBT, DBT, music, and art.

For clinicians- We also offer clinical supervision, and support for growing and developing your own private practice.
